During the holiday period 21st December 2009 to 3rd January 2010 we will be limiting the support we are able to provide. Customers with priority support contracts are eligible for support during normal working days over this period. Customers requiring support or stand-by cover during non-working days must arrange this in advance:
21st to 23rd December – Business as usual
24th December – Priority support customers only
25th to 28th December – Support by prior arrangement only
29th to 30th December – Business as usual
31st December – Priority support customers only
1st to 3rd January – Support by prior arrangement only
